Booking Policies

PAYMENTS 💸
When booking an appointment, a valid Credit/Debit card is required to be kept on file.
GlossGenius uses a gold standard security throughout their system, and uses the most
advanced encryption technology out there,
meaning your info will be 100% protected.
After your service(s),
It is preferred that you pay your remaining balance with:
1. Cash 💸
2. Apple Pay 📱
3. Credit/debit card 💳
For Card Payments to be accepted after your service, you must have a LEGAL, VALID ID
(Please Make sure you enter the correct information when booking.)

(ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)

BOOKING 🌸
ALL appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, OF $30. (Or 50%, depending on the service.)
ALL DEPOSITS will be applied to your remaining balance at checkout, after you receive your service(s).

APPOINTMENT ALTERATIONS 💭
If you would like to change the type of service(s) you’ll be receiving, whether it be to add more services or switch to a different service, you need to contact your service provider 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in your credit/debit card on file being charged the remaining balance due for your scheduled service(s.)
IF YOU COME LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your service will be altered according to the timeline, and you will still have to pay the full amount of your scheduled service(s.)


CONSENT FORMS 📝
Consent forms need to be filled out 24 hours before your appointment. They will be sent to you Via Email.

GRACE PERIOD 🕰️
Please be on time. We allow a grace period of
7 MINUTES.
If you are not inside of the building within the 7 minute grace period, your service(s) will be cancelled, which will result in your credit/debit card on file being charged the remaining balance due for your scheduled service(s.) Requiring you to reschedule when it would be most convenient for you.

LATE FEE 💸
If you’re unable to make it to your original appointment time, if I do have space the same day, an additional $30 fee will be required.

If you have an esthetic emergency, these appointments require an additional fee of $30 or $60 depending on your desired appointment time, and must be paid in FULL prior to your appointment.

HEALTH 🏥
If you're not feeling well, have been exposed to Covid-19, or any other contagious sickness and/or disease(s),
Please reschedule your appointment.
All temperatures will be checked upon your arrival, and please don't forget your mask!

GUESTS 👫🏽
For the safety and sanitation of our space, NO additional guests are allowed unless they're getting a service.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING 🚫

Any Cancellations/Rescheduling done WITHIN your 24-hour appointment window, will result in your credit/debit card on file being charged the remaining balance due for your scheduled service(s.)

ANY Rescheduling done BEFORE your 24-hour appointment window, may be rescheduled with no penalty ONCE. You must reschedule within 30 days of your original appointment to maintain your deposit. Trying to reschedule a second time will result in you forfeiting your deposit.

Please add your appointment information to your calendar after booking. You will receive a reminder 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. Any Cancellations done WITHIN your 24-hour appointment window, will result in your credit/debit card on file being charged the remaining balance due for your scheduled service(s.)

MENSTRUAL CYCLE 🌸

Please wear a fresh tampon if you are on your cycle. If you choose to cancel your appointment on the same day because of your cycle, it will be considered a same day cancellation.

NO-SHOWS 👻

Are not tolerated. Your credit/debit card on file will be charged the remaining balance due for your scheduled service(s.)

You are considered a no show if 7 minutes have passed, and you do not try to contact your service provider in regards to your scheduled service(s). If your card has "Insufficient Funds" after being charged, you will be banned from future bookings with Beauty Bar by Mare.
